Private or Semi-Private Coaching Sessions with Sarah

This year step outside the box and try something different for your game. Go beyond the typical lesson format with a coaching session that will target your weaknesses and increase your performance when it counts, on the golf course. Playing golf is more than perfecting your swing. If you want to hit better shots more often and shoot lower scores, you need a coach who can identify areas in your game that need immediate improvement. And that means you need to take your game from the range to the golf course. Coaching sessions are 2 hours long and include time on the practice facility and on the golf course. Sessions start on the range where together we will identify the areas of your game that need improvement, define clear concepts and learn more effective ball control skills. The second half of the session we will go on the golf course to work on decision-making skills and address specific skill transfer situations. Session will conclude with take home exercises and a customized practice program that we will share with Kurt, Brent and Nick. Grab a friend and enjoy this unique experience together!

5 - 5 - 5 Performance Program

Imagine consistently posting scores 5 to 10 shots lower than you have ever imagined. You can do it with this unique performance program! This 2 day program will address 5 areas of your game that will lower your scores by 5 strokes within a 5 week period. Everyone knows it's the last 5 pounds that are the hardest to lose. Fortunately, in golf this is simply not true! You can drop at least 5 strokes off your scores by targeting shots inside of 50 yards. And that is exactly what we will do in this program. 5 shots include: 40 to 60 yard pitch shot, 30 yard high pitch shot, chip shots around the green, greenside bunkers and long distance putting. We will start out on the practice facility in the morning and move to the golf course in the afternoon. Don't worry, you won't be hitting golf balls for 5 hours! This will be a fun, relaxing learning environment. Participants will also receive take home notes and a 5 week practice plan.

Master Your Short Game

This short game session will target shots within 50 yards of the green. During this 90 min session you will learn ball control concepts that will increase your skill level and help lower your scores this year. Participants will have time to practice the shots with feedback from the coaching staff. Will cover pitch shots, chipping and greenside bunkers.

Putting Session - Fundamentals and Green Reading

Putting on the mountain can drive any golfer crazy! In this session Sarah is going to help you become more consistent with your putting fundamentals, discuss green reading techniques and provide you with practice drills to help you succeed on the greens. We will also address many of the mental skills that break down on the putting green and show you how to mentally dominate your game.

Improve Your Game - Indoor Presentation

During this 75 minute presentation we are going to discuss the issues we all face when playing this exciting game! Golf is a game of skill and you need to understand how to control your ball flight, make better decisions on the golf course and develop the skills to manage yourself emotionally and mentally. Every golfer has at least 1 of these 4 goals. To have more fun, hit better golf shots, lower your scores and increase performance when it counts under pressure. In this class we will discuss techniques that are easy to understand and apply to your game at any level. This class will help you reach your goals and play better golf this year. We will cover the following topics:

  • Taking your game from the range to the course - where it counts!
  • Building a repeatable, predictable ball-flight
  • How to "practice with a purpose" and accelerate your improvement
  • The secrets to improving consistency from one round to the next
  • Golf's 4 Essential Mental Skills
  • Performing Under Pressure
  • Why You Might Choke - and What You Can Do About It
  • Becoming Mentally Tough
