SDG Players Program @ Linville Ridge Country Club
This winter in Naples, I teamed up with a golf coach by the name of Will Robins. He's the creator of The Scoring Method and the RGX Coaching System. I implemented his scoring system into my program and the results my clients experienced were AMAZING!!! I'm bringing this same program to the members of Linville Ridge and I would love to see you join the team. We are going to learn together, train together and improve together. I believe so strongly in this coaching model that I am dedicating all my time and energy into your results. Let's get your game in shape this summer!
Dates: June 25th - September 5th, 2017
Program Fee: $895 per student, $1495 per couple
Step 1 - Getting Started
- Initial On Course Assessment/Planning Session
- Review your round and create a Personalized Improvement Plan for 2017
- Decide on your commitment dates and practice plan
Your program starts with a 9-hole assessment where you will learn how to use The Scoring Method. Sarah will also be evaluating your current game during the assessment round. After the round we will develop a personalized improvement plan for your 2017 golf season. You will also have an opportunity to discuss your game, ask questions about The Scoring Method and develop a program for your 2017 success. Remember our #1 goal for you is to shoot lower scores and we will do this by coaching you on the 3 Keys to Unlocking Your Potential.
3 Keys to Unlocking Your Potential
1. Learning to play the real game of golf using The Scoring Method and On Course Coaching sessions.
2. Develop tools to manage your mindset and emotional state.
2. Engage in purposeful practice sessions that will develop ball control skills and success on the course.
Step 2 - How to Accomplish Your Goals
- Education on The Scoring Method and 50 Scorecards
- 2 "Solo Coaching" sessions with Sarah
- 2 sessions with Flightscope to get carry distances with all clubs and wedges
- Access to all "Team Meetings"
- 5 "Practice with Purpose" sessions
- 3 "On Course Coaching" sessions
- Discount on Short Game and Green Reading/Putting sessions
The Scoring Method System and Scorecards - Shooting lower scores is not difficult if you have the right mindset on HOW to score. The Scoring Method system and scorecards will become your coach and best caddy all wrapped into one. We are going to teach you how to get into the scoring zone and eliminate double bogies off your card. You CAN break 80, 90 and 100! This program will help you reach your goals faster than traditional lessons.
Team Meetings - During the season we have blocked time for "team meetings" and group discussions. This is a great opportunity to answer your questions on The Scoring Method, track your stats from the scorecard, engage in-group discussion and to keep you motivated on your program. Every team meeting will have a specific coaching topic we will cover. Topics will be listed prior to the first session on June 25th. I encourage you to attend as many team meetings as possible during the season.
Solo Coaching - Each participant in the program will get 2 solo coaching sessions with Sarah to work on individual issues or swing adjustments. This session includes individual time and also time to use the Flightscope to get accurate carry distances for your clubs and to work on fine-tuning your short game shots.
On Course Coaching - On course coaching sessions are open to any of the participation in the Players Program, although 2 of the sessions will be reserved for Newbies and Niners or golfers who tend to shoot scores over 100. On course sessions will focus on scoring, decision making skills and managing your mindset/emotional game. This is where you will have your “AHA” moment when it comes to lowering your scores and play your best golf this year.
Practice with Purpose Sessions - Practice makes PERMANENT not Perfect.
Open Practice - It’s important you participate in supervised practice sessions during the program. Every practice session will be designed for you based on your improvement plan. Sarah and Brent will set up drills and testing stations for you to practice with purpose and practice with pressure; the 2 keys to your success on the golf course. Session is open to any of the participants in the Players Program.
Cocktails and Coaching - This session is the same as the “Open Practice” sessions but we will have a “Team Meeting” with cocktails following the practice session. So much fun!!! Session is open to any of the participants in the Players Program. Staying for the team meeting is not mandatory to participate in this session.
Newbies and Niners - This session is the same as the “Open Practice” sessions but reserved for Newbies, Niners and anyone who is looking to shoot scores closer to 50 for 9 holes. We will focus heavily on easy to understand concepts, teach you how to play the game and help you develop confidence in your game. Golf is more enjoyable when you are learning in a non-judgmental, fun environment. We will provide you with an awesome experience for you to increase your performance and improve your ball control skills.
Step 3 - Celebrate Your Success
On Tuesday, September 6th we will celebrate your success with a Team Meeting and an optional dinner at 5:30 pm in the Pub.
I’m going to be out of town some of the summer. Do I have to do all the sessions included in the fee?
Absolutely not! Even if you only attend half of the sessions you will still get tremendous value from your investment.
I will not be able to attend any of the assessment and planning sessions in June.
No problem! You can jump in when you are available to start.
